Sage Wellness Business Policies -
Here at Sage Wellness, we value all of our clients and our client's time. We kindly ask that you do the same. We value your business, and also our therapists, our company,
and ask for and appreciate your cooperation with our policies.
General Cancellation Policy
Please respect our clientele and staff by keeping appointments and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

* If you had originally scheduled online, you will also have an opportunity to cancel thru our online scheduling service which allows for a 12 hr cancellation.
Same day cancellations are expected to pay full price for service by invoice or punch card/gift card on file unless otherwise discussed with the scheduled Therapist.
Your late arrival means we will still end your session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will be shorter. You will be charged the original amount for the original appointment time.
We have reserved this time for you and only you, and most likely have other people scheduled after you.
First No Show - Unless otherwise changed by your provider, you will be billed by invoice for 100% of your appointment value.
2 No Shows - you will be billed for 100% of your appointment value and will be required to prepay for all future appointments with a credit card.
3 No Shows - you will no longer be booking appointments with us.
Appointments for Body Wraps and Spa Packages
We require a minimum 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice.
Management and staff reserve the right to require payment at the time of booking for services at their discretion.
Unacceptable Client Behavior Policy
All our Therapists have the right to end any client session and have a right of refusal for any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full fee regardless of the length of your session. Any violation of the law or of our reasonable trust will be reported to the appropriate local authorities and legal action will be taken. We expect our professional staff to be treated with respect - always.
Weather - In the event of inclement weather or of a local impactful emergency, our office will be closed.
Our staff will contact scheduled clients to reschedule appointments when it is safe to do so.
No cash back/refunds on gifts, gift certificates, discount cards or returned products. We will exchange for time credit or other same valued products. Gift Certificates and Package Cards are transferable also.
